Dear Members,
We had a wonderful start to the show season with a very successful Show in the Islamabad LG, judged by the honorable Ms. Heather MacDonald! Hope you’re all as excited as we are for the rest of the show season 2019 – 2020.
There have been some rules implemented in the automated show entry software, and I write to you today to update you about these minor changes.
- Exhibits which are 18 months of age or older, can now only be shown if we have their HD/ED scores on file with the club. The system will no longer allow entries for exhibits for whom HD/ED scores have not yet been recorded.
- Since the Christmas holidays are fast approaching, our esteemed diagnostician might not be available during Christmas Holidays to analyze X-rays. All members are, therefore encouraged to present their dogs for X-Rays as early as possible – preferably before December 15, 2019. This will allow for the results to get back to us in time and will also help in avoiding any unpleasantness at the time of entries.
- While the preferred age for HD/ED is still 15 Months (as stated on the club’s website), dogs without the HD/ED scores on file will still be allowed entry into the Junior Classes.
- Members with outstanding dues are encouraged to contact the club and clear all dues prior to sending in their entries. No entries will be allowed for dogs where the owner has any outstanding dues.
